        Pennsylvania requires that all corporations and limited liability companies/partnerships have a commercial registered office provider that is registered with the Secretary of State for Pennsylvania unless you maintain your own office in Pennsylvania for service of process.  We are registered with Pennsylvania as a CROP and you may list us as your provider immediately upon submitting payment.

        When listing ABC Agents, Inc., as your CROP, you must list our name and county in the space provided for the provider.  Do not list any other address.  You will list us as:

        Our present fees are $75.00 per year.  However, as a special, we are providing three years of service for $150.00.

Corporation advertising:  $285.00   Pennsylvania requires corporations and foreign corporations (not LLCs or LLPs) to advertise in two publications in the county where they are located or where their CROP is located.  ABC Agents recommends that the advertising be completed AFTER your corporation is formed, not BEFORE.  We will advertise your corporation's formation in the Westmoreland Legal Journal and the Greensburg Tribune Review and handle all details.  *THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU USE OUR CROP SERVICE OR ARE LOCATED IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY* Click here to purchase corporate advertising for your corporation or foreign corporation.

Pennsylvania Domestic Limited Liability Company:  $275.00  ABC Agents, Inc., will form a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company for you.  This package includes the following:  (1)  Filing your LLC papers with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State; (2) One year of CROP service; and (3) Name search.  This package is less expensive than a corporation because Pennsylvania does not require advertising for a limited liability company. Pennsylvania Limited Partnership:  $275.00  ABC Agents, Inc., will form a Pennsylvania Limited Partnership for you.  WARNING:  This is different than a Limited Liability Partnership which requires an annual registration fee of $250 per year per partner!  The regular limited partnership does not provide the limited liability protections of an LLP, but is cheaper to register.  Please consult an attorney to see how this affects you.  The package includes the following:  (1) Filing your LP papers with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State; (2) One year of CROP service; and (3) Name search.  Click here to purchase a Pennsylvania Limited Partnership.

Pennsylvania Limited Liability Partnership: $275.00  ABC Agents, Inc. will form a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Partnership for you.  WARNING:  While this entity provides limited liability, Pennsylvania charges $250.00 per partner per year.  A regular limited partnership does not carry the annual fees, but may not provide limited liability protection.  Please consult an attorney regarding the differences.  The LLP package includes:  (1) Filing your LLP papers with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State; (2) One year of CROP service; and (3) Name search. Foreign Corporation Certificate of Authority:  $595.00  ABC Agents, Inc. will file the necessary papers and advertising for your company to obtain a certificate of authority to conduct business in Pennsylvania.  Yes, it's expensive (primarily because of the advertising require for corporations)!  However, unlike other states, Pennsylvania does not require annual payments.  With this package, ABC Agents will:  (1) File your application for certificate of authority with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State; (2) One year of CROP service; (3) Name search; and (4) Advertise your required notice in the Westmoreland Legal Journal and the Greensburg Tribune Review. Foreign Limited Liability Company/Limited Liability Partnership Certificate of Authority: $385.00.  ABC Agents, Inc. will file the necessary papers for your foreign (out of state) LLC/LLP to obtain a Pennsylvania certificate of authority.  This package includes:  (1) Filing of your application for certificate of authority with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State; (2) One year of CROP service; and (3) Name search.  WARNING:  Out of state Limited Liability Partnerships are required to pay an annual registration of $250.00 per partner to Pennsylvania.  This does not apply to LLCs.  Click here to purchase a Foreign Limited Liability Company/Limited Liability Partnership Certificate of Authority.

VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES:

Monthly Virtual Office Service:  $75.00 per month.  ABC Agents, Inc. will provide your company with a virtual office.  We will collect your mail (postage for forwarding will be invoiced, allow your company to list your virtual office address as its corporate headquarters, allow your company to have a listed telephone installed at our facility (all expenses with the telephone service will be incurred by the customer), assist you in forwarding the calls on the landline to your cellular, voicemail, or other telephone number.  Virtual office customers receive free CROP service for its corporation or LLC/LLP as long as they are a virtual office customer.  Virtual office customers receive use of our wireless internet at no cost.  Virtual office customers receive the use of our office rooms for up to 16 hours per month.
